About Me

Hi- I am Lisa Weisman. I learned to spin about 4 years ago and haven’t stopped every since. I like pushing the limits in my yarn. I am also a new sewer and have been incorporating elements of sewing into my yarn. We have moved around quite a bit- I grew up in Michigan, spent almost 20 years in New York City, the last three in Durham, North Carolina. I have some how ended up here in Portland Oregon. I hope we get to stay a while.

I live with my husband, mom and our two dogs. We are currently in the process of adopting a baby from Ethiopia. You can read about our adoption journey at our blog Couple Seeks Child.
